The building is officially protected by the city´s architectural department due to its unique style. Its situation and orientation, right in the middle of the city and with excellent sunlight during the whole day, make our Guest House one of the best of its kind.
We are located at the historic district of Exaimple, right in the middle of Barcelona´s heart, only few minutes away from the city´s main visiting areas. Las Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia, Plaza de Catalunya or the amazing Sagrada Familia are literally under 10 minutes walking distance from Hostalin Barcelona.
Hostalin Barcelona Gran Via is very well connected. There are plenty bus stops as well as a subway stop literally steps away from where we are. Staying at our Guest House will allow our clients to visit and discover our city in a very easy and friendly way. Restaurants, Parkings, Pharmacy…all this amenities are right in the same street where we are.
We offer high-quality rooms, totally brand new (we open 06/2014) in a super-clean, familiar and nice environment. We have 14 nicely designed rooms, all of them bright and sunny rooms and with free WI-FI access.
12 of this rooms have a wonderful little balcony, Flat TV, Air conditioner/heater and private complete bathroom. We also have another 2 junior suites with coffee services, private living room and a private computer in the room.
